Biomedical Devices of Kansas (BMDK) has added a new Environmentally Controlled room (EC-room) to expand their manufacturing capabilities for design, development and assembly of critical equipment. With EC-room built up BMDK can further meet customers' needs for a controlled environment with extremely low levels of contaminants. It's ideal for electronics, and medical devices requiring sensitive manufacturing environments.
The EC-room is equipped with state of the art HEPA filters with 3 speed switch Air Flow, manometer maintaining a differential air pressure with positive pressure inside the EC-room, clean room workstations, double doored security locked gowning room, 27.9 cu/ft Forced Air Convection Oven, clean room pass-through and other equipments for medical device fabrication and assembly. This state of the art EC-room will be the latest addition to an already existing arsenal of huge medical device warehouse in accordance with FDA standards, advanced high technology labs, fabrication shops, cranes, forklifts and huge office space for its high quality staff which includes excellent engineers, technicians and medical support personnel.
This new facility had become a necessity for BMDK to keep up with its exponential growth. With this new facility in place BMDK will be better placed to serve many Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Refurbishers, Hospitals and Clinics.
